Not in the market place yet, but must be getting closer.
I’d love to think this would find a home in remote African communities but usually new tech is expensive. Hope it advances the options so eventually it reaches those where it can make a serious difference to lifestyle. Imagine being able to forget about running power lines across the tundra with all the cost and energy wastage involved.
In Australia there is currently an argument by pro fossil fuel folk that we need to burn coal to provide for these remote communities. As implausible as that argument is, something like this has to be far more efficient.
